Hydraulic automatic double roller rolling machine is used to roll solar energy water storage box, carbon steel plate 0.3mmto 4.0mm, stainless steel 0.3mm to 2.5mm. Advantage: quick rolling, one time foaming, precise and no folding lines, the rolling round is within 0.5MM.
Automatic straight joint welding machine:
It is used to weld the joint of water storage tube and joint with flat plate. This machine is compatible to carbon dioxide protection welding and argon arc filling wire welding. The welding thickness range is 0.3MM-3MM for stainless steel plate, 0.8MM to 4MM for carbon steel plate. One side welding, two sides forming, both sides are silver. The welding seam is smooth without stomata, good in infiltration.
Hydraulic automatic edgefold machine:
It is specially for the folding of edge of hole connecting solar energy water box and water spout.
